Q. Do I need to provide anything with my ironing?

A. Just the ironing and some coat hangers would be very much appreciated.

 

Q. What shall I put my ironing in?

A. Any basket or bag

 

Q. What if it is bad weather, will everything get wet?

A. We always place hanging garments in suit covers to fully protect them. Folded garments are protected in our delivery boxes.

 

Q. What if I only want a one-off service?

A. That’s absolutely fine.

 

Q. I work Monday to Friday, 9-5 and don't drive. Would it still be possible to use your services?

A. Yes. We offer a door to door service at times to suit your needs.

 

Q. How do I pay?

A. Payment is due upon return of your ironing we normally get paid in cash or if you prefer and would like to pay by internet banking, please ask for our bank details
